DIRECTORS PREP WORKSHOP
This intensive online workshop digs deeply into the director prep process for narrative filmmakers, specially for those working in the independent space and those who work in the marketplace. There will be a focus and a deep dive into the prep process for episodic television directors. We'll look at ways to use Google Suite, Keynote, Scriptation, your phone and other digital tools to streamline your prep process. This is both for the organized director and the director who wants to get organized. Communication is key to directing, what are your shot lists, storyboards, decks & materials saying about you and your craft as a director?

EDITING AND THE EDITOR - DIRECTOR RELATIONSHIP
This intensive 2.5 hour session will help directors of both independent short and feature projects as well as episodic television directors understand the craft of editing before a project is shot. The aim of this course is to help directors who prepare blocking and shot lists to save valuable time on the set. This session will aid directors in communication with the editor and will give specific language to communicate with your editor, an invaluable tool when crafting beats, transitions, and your story as a whole.
